The products that I have ordered are in good condition. It arrives faster than I have expected.

Everything is good except the thing that you have to pay 10 euro to return the goods that don't fit you. And this can often happen when you order clothes, shoes etc.

This company is a joke, don't waste your money. Ordered a pair of trainers for my daughter. They sent a completely different pair of trainers and said they now couldn't fulfill the original order, sent the other trainers back and still waiting 3 weeks later for a refund.
Worst service ever.

First review -Received order in 3 days, which was ok. Multi 5 pack of Jack & Jones Simone t shirts. However, there should be 1 x blue, 1 x black but there was 2 blue in pack. I have sent email to Customer Services to see if they can send black t shirt. Hopefully they will but I am not going to return incorrect item at my cost due to their mistake. Beware of incorrect colour in pack if you order this item. Update - they say I have to send wrong t shirt back then they will send correct one. Its hassle. There is no goodwill, just onus placed on customer to do the leg work to rectify their mistake. Its cheap t shirts, incorrect content in pack. Get what you pay for, cheap quality goods, cheap service and put onus on customer to drive to a drop off point for return. Cheap is not always the best option

First Class!
I was a little cautious due to some of the negativity BUT must say I have found M&M to be first class in every respect.
I had a couple of queries pre-order and received prompt and informative replies. The delivery process was seamless and Hermes delivered bang on time. Most importantly the goods were spot on and proper bargains!!

Excellent website, only needs a free return option.

Ongoing problem i originally paid for unlimited next day delivery with this company and the first order was no hitches. However on 2nd order i placed a jersey channel islands address, it came up with that it couldnt do the next day delivery as it was the channel islands and would take up to 10days. Fair enough, so i went ahead. Here comes the start of my problem, my email confirmation stated it would go straight to my home address. So i called asap, damn it was closed so sent an email right away, 2 more emails later and i called first thing to catch them. The customer service guy i spoke with said to late its been dispatched to home address! Not impressed. So he said he would stop and recall it, and try get it to my address in Jersey as he could see i had placed the jersey address as it was showing, and himself couldnt understand why it had been sent to my home address, btw where no one is for the next 16days! Hence why it was going straight to myself in Jersey! Grrr...Anyway fast forward to the 23rd december emails back and forth they wont send someone out to collect the parcel , as its been left in a 'secure outbuilding' i dont have one!? So thats prob the back of the plantpot in full view, and they arent willing to cillect and resend or refund. So now im cash down have to take a toddler and kids into Jersey town centre, somewhere that i was avoiding as im not familiar with it and this close to christmas. Not a happy customer and they wouldnt admit they were in the wrong.
