Horrible products and customer service
Yesterday I received my order from ManeDepot.com. Hair extension kit which includes a Black Grooved Fusion Wand.
1)It smelled like cheap plastic right after I plugged it in.Horrible toxic smell
2)The red button (I saw it on box picture) is missing completely, so you can see naked wires inside of wand.
3)Red light temperature indicator is not working properly as well.
4) The temperature control doesn't work at all. The tool just heats to the highest possible temperature, which is too high and extremely dangerous to use on hair. Keratin, which supposed to melt to sticky condition, becomes liquid instantly instead. Drops of liquid keratin damaged my fingers when I tried to use this tool.
The quality of this product is very poor. The fact that potentially dangerous tool wasn't checked by Mane Depot before selling is disrespectful to customer.
Website page and product description is very misleading. They hide the real brand names of tools, because customers can find same exact Loof Hair Extension Iron on Ebay or aliexpress for $5 and Mane Depot sells it for $40.
Other tools in kit were poor quality too (saw same exact kit on ebay for $11) Manedepot sells it for $70
Also Keratin they sell seems to be cheap plastic. Beware don't buy and don't use it on your hair. Might be dangerous!
