Wow I got my T4 max scooter and it was better than I imagined it . I wanted a fast scooter and the t4 knocked it out the park with 34mph and it looks amazing a real head turning scooter. My advice for anyone buying a scooter is email first and find out if in stock and you will be happy. Manfirth went out there way to answer every question and went further than needed. I'm so happy with my product and will definitely buy again from manfirth. 10 star company with 10 star workers and 10 star products.

Very pleased with the scooter and Lucy from Manfirth was outstanding in the pre purchase communication.

Sent an email to get my scooter fixed and received a reply with in the hour, the same day it was fixed. It was perfect. Manfirth staff all ways go above and beyond.

I purchased a Ninebot Max G30P 2nd Gen Motor from these guys at a really good sale price. They even ensured the eScooter was delivered on my day off work! Fast, reliable and reassuring service from start to finish! Personal touch of direct contact via iMessage from Will meant I was able to ask questions and received a personal, helpful, friendly and speedy response! My eScooter arrived in immaculate condition (as one would expect when buying brand new) on the late morning, giving me time to assemble it and ensure it was setup properly ready for its maiden ride! Much to my surprise, it came with a really good numbered cable lock and mount! A really thoughtful and nice touch, saving me a few quid buying one myself to secure my precious commuter scooter! The eScooter was every bit as I imagined from the many excellent reviews I have seen on YouTube and forum sites! A phenomenally good machine with a fantastic battery, motor, power and range to haul my 15.5 stone lump with ease! Very little deceleration up hill too! And wow, just wow how this thing can fly in Sport mode! Superb handling and the tubeless tyres give you that added comfort of a very reduced chance of getting a flat! I am over the moon with my purchase and can’t wait to get back on it, put its claimed range to the test! I highly recommend ManFirth Electrics for your next eRide!! :D

Really pleased, staff were great and we enjoyed our test ride so we could see what we really wanted before we bought! (I was a little sceptical and nervous riding at first but this really put me at ease!) Got for my partner but I love it, need one myself!

Hi there the owner is a lovely guy very friendly and plate always keeping me in Contact with my Scooter and always kept me updated on what he was doing over all I am very happy with the work what has been done off this guy 10 out of 10 I would 100% recommend these to who ever was looking for the scooter Repaired or even looking to buy a new good scooter they have some brilliant varieties. I am even looking into buying a brand-new one myself 👍

Same experience as others. Usual thank you email after the purchase, now been waiting nearly 3 weeks for the scooter with no update. Emails and calls just being completely ignored

Whatever you do don't get a puncture on the Kugoo. The tyre is almost impossible to get off and putting it back on without puncturing the inner tube requires specialist equipment. I took it to KwikFit and they were unable to change it. Looks like I will have to send it back to the Manfirth who said they would have to charge labour. Not good.

The reason for the 3 stars was I was expecting keys and a voltage metre lights on it without having to pay over £100 to have new ones fitted when they only cost £14.99 to buy and also this has been fitted Kugoo G Booster brand new took out the box to try not even done 1 mile comes with box and charger capable of 35mph lovely scooter 2 year warranty
£950 ono with a smaller battery so I wont get many miles for a full charge I purchased same scooter October last year with lights keys £930 now you see my point

Ordered some brake pads and they came very quickly. Not used them yet as I don’t need to but I’m sure they are fine.

I paid for 2-4 day delivery and it still hasn't turned up over a week later very disappointing service

Purchased my first electric scooter from Man Firth’s showroom. Excellent knowledge and advice, I was able to actually road test the different models which I found invaluable. No pressure to buy, very patient whilst I made my decision. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending you visit the showroom or buy with confidence over the phone or online.

I’d ordered 2 sets of Nut brake pads, didn’t need them in the end and was offered refund before I’d asked.
