Diane was very helpful as usual
Diane was very helpful as usual. This is the second time she helped me purchase a round trip ticket from San Francisco to Clark. She was able to help me fairly fast because she has all the informations she needed and automatically got wheelchair service for my mom which I forgot to tell her. And most of all, she was able to assigned seats for me and my mom which makes it more convenient

"I had such a great experience booking my flights with Pauline. I was worried about the cost and the stress of searching, but she handled everything perfectly. She found me a much better price than I could find on my own, and the whole process was fast and super easy.
What I really loved was how much she cared about making it simple for me. She went out of her way to make sure the flight times actually worked for my schedule and took all the headache out of it. If you need help with travel, I can't recommend her enough. Thanks again, Pauline!"
