Yuck!

I bought a box of their egg rolls. There was not a discernible vegetable in them. No matter how long you bake them, they would just mush!
I also bought a party pack.Franks in blankets, potato puffs, spinach triangles and one other item that I managed to forget. These all came frozen together! They were not in separate little compartments. Not one of them was any good! The mini Frank’s in blankets were so heavily salted as to be in edible. Having paid $10 for each box I decided to call the company. Absolutely no customer service! They are now part of Kayco. Neither company is providing any customer service. They don’t even give you the courtesy of a return call.
Would not buy any of their product products again

I recently purchased the Matzo Ball…

I recently purchased the Matzo Ball Mix. The product itself was good, which is the only reason this isn’t a one-star review—it genuinely saved the overall experience. However, the packaging was extremely disappointing. When we opened the container, it was barely filled above the halfway mark, which looked ridiculous and felt misleading. This is a case where poor marketing undermines an otherwise solid product. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and updates the packaging moving forward.

Worst customer service

I bought a box of their kosher for passover muffin mix. In the directions it said add milk to the eggs. However, in the ingredients there's no liquid mentioned. I had to ask people online how much liquid to add. They have 2 customer service numbers which don't work. Horrible experience!

Granny's Toasted Marshmallows

I bought a package of Granny's Toasted Marshmallows, which I've bought over the years and enjoyed because it had nothing artificial in it. This time, when I opened the plastic bag, there was a strong, unidentifiable, chemical odor. I looked at the ingredients and saw that it now included artificial flavor, the only ingredient that could be blamed for that odor. Why ruin a good product that way for no good reason? No more Granny's marshmallows for me anymore.

I have consumed large quantities of…

I have consumed large quantities of this borscht over the years. Many months ago, the taste changed and was essentially inedible in my opinion, confirmed by several others. I called the company and was told that they were using a different factory and that they would look into it. I tried again a few months later and it was the same. I tried different stores in my area thinking that perhaps they had different lots. Has anyone else had a similar experience? I miss my borscht!

Bad Customer Relations

Bad Customer Relations. Very disappointed with Manischewitz beet borscht. As a lover of beet borscht, I recently bought two jars of Manischewitz. Upon opening the jar I discovered there were NO beets, only beet juice. The label says Borscht with Beets. Nope, no beets, only juice. I wrote to the company and got no reply. Bad Manischewitz to trick the customer, and bad Manischewitz to ignore the customer. This jar should have had at least half full of actual julienne beets and half liquid. That's beet borscht.
