Misleading advertising
The site indicates and is still showing a free gift with purchase - this didn’t come and they advise it has to be added to the basket - there is no indication how to do this. If it’s out of stock why is it still showing as advertised? Misleading!!! Wouldn’t use again and wouldn’t recommend

Not altogether great
When my order arrived half of it was missing. I contacted customer service via chat only to be told that my full order had been delivered. After spending 30 minutes on the chat and sending a photograph of the goods the situation was eventually resolved but it was all a bit more difficult than it should have been. The second half of the order arrived promptly and I was very happy with what I received. It was a pity that my experience was somewhat spoilt by reluctance to put things right quickly.

The issues were with the delivery
The issues were with the delivery. The package had been ripped open at the corner, it looked like someone wanted to see what was inside. Main issue though was that the package was left on my doorstep and the courier did not ring the doorbell or knock on the door, I was in all day.

BREACH OF CONSUMER RIGHTS
I was DENIED my right to cancel my order 10 minutes after the order.
I was buying a gift for my friend, I entered an incorrect address my mistake, but realised 10 minutes later. I then reached out to change the address and was told this was already not possible. I then requested to cancel my order and after waiting for 40 minutes was told this was also not possible.
This is an illegal breach of consumer rights, rights that they emailed me in my immediate recipet. The customer service offered token template responses, and are clearly dealing with a rigid inaccessible supply chain flow.
A very negative experience for a soley online shop, would not recommend.
