First time using estate agents
We used Zaini as our manning stainton rep. Very helpful and was always on hand to deal with any of my queries. Knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with.
Thanks Zaini for the strong push towards the last few weeks.

First half great service, second half disappointing.
For selling the property, getting interest in the property, they have been excellent. Was a lot of interest early, and an offer had been accepted in a very short time. Unfortunately, after that we had all sorts of delays with solicitors and conveyancing, that basically have left me with no other option than to leave a somewhat negative review. Of the suggested solicitors that we were given, it was only 3 months into the sale, that we actually found out that the solicitor and the estate agents actually shared the same building, and on top of that, the same floor! Such a conflict of interest really shouldn't be allowed and we can only suggest that you do your own research and get a specialist solicitor rather than a conveyancing company, and hopefully you won't have the best part of 10 months trying to complete!

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback.
Our thought process as a business has always been that the closer we work with the solicitors the better the outcome we can normally create for our customers. Ourt relationship with Conveyancing Home has been really successful for so many of our customers. Unfortunatley in this instance it seems that there were many issues that came up through the process of sale which create delays in getting the sale to completion. We are always very sorry when that is the case and please be assured we will look into matters with the Conveyancing Home team to see if they could have done anything to make things happen quicker. We are pleased of course that the sale has now gone through and thank you again for your feedback. If you want to chat any further then please do email me directly at mm@manningstainton.co.uk.
Best Wishes
Mark Manning

Hello,
All the staff at Manning Stainton at Beeston,Leeds go above and beyond to help you with any information you need. My buy through them was a long period due to a chain, but all my questions and concerns were resolved by Zaini who was allocated to my case. Everything was chased up within timescales and queries were resolved quickly.
Do not hesitate to ask any staff for help, they are all friendly and willing to help. Outstanding service. Out of all other estate agents I have been through looking for houses , I was only satisfied with this branch due to the quality and respect of the staff as a whole. Very well done, and thank you for all your work.
