Gloria was friendly and personable and was able to provide detailed information on each property. She really made the experience easy and fun for first time buyers. She even went out of her way to give us the opportunity to have a second viewing at one! It was a shame she wasn’t also able to show us around all the viewing locations as well as we sorely missed her company!

I sold mums house through the estate agents at Horsforth. Some of the people I dealt with Maisy, Macey and Lesley and I apologise if I missed anyone. They were always polite and helpful and kept in contact and kept me updated. I never had to chase them. I will be selling my own house soon, different area so will probably use same company and hope theyre as good
