Only issue is kitchen tap is faulty and oven unable to use ( not agents fault, but would have been good to know these faults).

Awful service. Took several attempts to get suitable photographs and then afterwards had an agent gossip to our neighbours about our private moving arrangements. Very unprofessional and significant breach of client confidentiality. Avoid unless you want all your personal information revealed to your local community.

In response to your reply - the date we have provisionally agreed to move home is OUR business and OUR business alone to reveal to people when WE choose to do so. I am disappointed to see that you do not see this as private information and that your staff are therefore permitted by the office to gossip about clients' moving plans to people not involved in those transactions. This is not an estate agent I would ever work with again
