Fantastic little music shop, great prices I bought my first acoustic guitar here and it was a great experience. I’ve always got what I needed when I’ve went in. Been coming here for about a year for, guitar stings/pedals and all the other little bits I’ve needed.

I bought my new guitar from Mann's for almost £100 less than the price offered by other online retailers, for the same model.

Received my new guitar within 2 days, bit dubious about buying B graded on line but was amazed that the cosmetic fault was near impossible to see, great service from this shop.

The price for the guitar was excellent, the service was prompt & even the courier was first class.

The product is great and arrived promptly. Unfortunately the on-line buying procedure faulted and although I only received one receipt and one guitar case as ordered, I was charged twice on my debit card. I am awaiting the resolution of this problem from my bank who have yet to receive a refund.

First time I've used Mann's Music when recently purchasing a Fender Tone Master FR-10 Flat Response Speaker Cab to go with my Fender Tone Master Workstation.

Mann's Music offered the best UK price BY FAR and very clearly advertised items that were actually physically in stock (unlike some other online retailers).

Next-day delivery using DHL was prompt, efficient and stress-free.

Great to experience such fantastic service from a smaller retailer compared with some of the usual "big boy" suspects, and overall I would not hesitate to use Mann's Music for future purchases and I would highly recommend them to other potential buyers.

I bought and ordered a 70s style Squier Stratocaster with a sienna burst finish. I wanted a guitar for general purposes and I feel an affinity with Stratocasters also. Incidentally, the guitar is also an 'Affinity' series guitar.

Service was great and guitar arrived at lightning speed! The guitar plays and sounds like a dream and the action/intonation set up is pretty much perfect.

One of the best guitars I have ever bought and such value for money at the price!

Mann's Music has a very user friendly website, and the prompt dispatch and delivery of my chosen instrument was much appreciated.

Excellent experience. Competitive price, quick delivery and a personal call received from an employee at the store to advise me of an identified quirk with the connectivity for the cabinet that had caught a few people out and the addition of 2x items for free to overcome any issues.

Will 100% use again
