Excellent Service guitar arrived well packed and very hi quality, I purchased the HiVibe, have yet to figure out all the settings but just as a guitar sounds superb. Hopefully after Christmas when everything calms down I will be able to have a really good go trying all the effects

Mann's music were great. Good price and excellent customer service. The problem was their choice of courier DHL who mysteriously returned the product to the shop causing an unnecessary delay. The staff at the shop followed this up quickly and the issue was sorted. Happy to use again

I was trying to buy a specific guitar but was let down by another vendor when it turned out that although it was advertised on line, they actually had no stock. I phoned Manns to make sure they did have the stock and it arrived as promised- great personal service, Thanks Tim

I ended up ordering a Fender Tone Master FR10 FRFR Cabinet. Was initially attracted by competitive price, made an intitially contact by phone was met by friendly helpful person, went straight online and made the purchase. Delivery was 5***** Will hopefully use Manns again.

I ordered a Gretsch G5220 Electromatic in dark metallic cherry red. Its a beautiful colour, but sadly Gretsch don't make this colour anymore and Mann's had one of the only ones's left in the country. Unfortunately when it arrived, and through no fault of Mann's, there was a screw missing from the neck pickup, which was also out of alignment (I've subsequently found out this is a common factory fault) After a quick phone call, Manns sent me a DHL label to return the guitar, ordered a new part and their guitar tech replaced it, and did a full tuning and set up. The guitar was returned back to me in the space of 5 days. Impressive service, incredibly nice people to deal with and will definitely use again. The guitar is awesome by the way.........!
