Poor customer service!
I am rating this as extremely poor as I booked the cottage through booking.com for Christmas 2025 for a family of 12 for our Xmas get together. The booking deposit was half of the total amount with the other half to be paid nearer the time. I then received a message to say that the owners had incorrectly priced the booking and wanted more than double per night for a Christmas stay. Roll on 2 months later and my booking was cancelled with no attempt to rectify by the owners. I even had a phone discussion with them and we spoke about options but at no time did they offer to find a mutually acceptable agreement. It was all or nothing. I appreciate mistakes can be made but we booked in good faith, paid the money and then they just cancelled losing nothing! I hope I get my deposit back. I wouldn’t book this place again as have no faith my booking would be honoured. Shame really as looked really lovely.
