Definitely leaves a bad taste using this site. They have virtually no controls when it comes to depositing gleefully being accepted. But upon withdrawing, there are what one would expect as legitimate verification requirements. The thing is, you submit valid ID documents like UK full driving licences and bank statements and they still claim as invalid or unacceptable with no comms at all requiring you to chase up at every step yourself.

Awful customer service
Awful customer service, only took my address and card details to happily start taking money. When it came to withdrawing money, totally different story, took me nearly a week to get my money, customer service was worse than useless. Once I eventually got my money I emptied my account.

After reading the reviews for this site I was a little concerned but I uploaded my documents to verify when I joined my first document wasn’t accepted due to no signature sent again was accepted. I deposited £40 with no bonus (my choice) I won just over £600 withdrawn £600 on Friday my withdrawal was processed today on the Monday and it’s already in my account. I wouldn’t listen to the bad reviews if you verify you’re documents everything will run smoothly.
