Holiday Saving Super Service
We were bike packing and at the end of day one a spoke broke and ripped a hole in my wheel rim (bike 25yo with rim breaks). We arrived at Mantel Rotterdam just before closing on Easter Sunday. Despite the time Dik and Tobies were amazing. They found the right wheel, transferred my cassette etc and even oiled my chain. They stayed late to finish the job to make sure we could get back on our tour. A big thank you to them both, you saved our holiday!

Ordering was easy but product arrived damaged.
Ordering was easy and shipping was quick. My product arrived damaged though and I emailed through their online form since there is no ability to chat and no Whatsapp option for those who cannot call international numbers. It's been 4 days and still waiting for an answer and didn't receive any email confirmation they even received my request. Hoping receiving an undamaged product will be easy.
