If you wish to be the best dad, this is step one. mANtenatal addresses all of the dad-gaps that standard antenatal classes like NCT overlook. it also includes topics like mental health for dads and what to expect in situations that you may not have considered - it's all about physical and mental preparation and MANtenatal has you covered. Gordon is excellent, great speaker and of course very knowledgeable. I hope the NHS adopts this and begins promoting it as much as they currently promote mum's antenatal classes.

My wife and I have done a bunch of courses ranging from the official NHS ones to custom Hypnobirthing ones. While most of them have been useful in some way or another, none have been so direct, so practical, or so directly applicable to me.

The second day (post birth part) was especially useful to me and already led to some interesting discussions and new decisions made. Thank you, and keep doing good work! Would definitely recommend it to every new dad 🙂

This course is a must for any soon to be dads. It is packed full of useful info and delivered in a way that is easy to understand. It fills a massive hole in the market and has given me so many more tools to make becoming a dad less daunting.

My partner and I met Gordon at a baby and toddler event in Surrey. I am a first time father and no clue at all what I was doing. I signed up for the dad live course (which is discounted at events to buy) and did to two 2hr sessions over zoom. I recently completed the MANtenatal course, and I couldn't be more happier with the experience. The course content was incredibly comprehensive, covering everything from the basics of pregnancy to advanced topics like emotional support and practical parenting skills and mental health. Additionally, the information around pregnancy and a dads role in that was refreshing after attending the NHS antenatal courses which are very much mum based.
