Annoyingly poor customer service.
I had to replace a damaged loft hatch. I could not find the model number on the label so I took a couple of photos and sent them into Manthorpe. I was told this was a 250-3 and a list of places I could buy it. This included Screwfix so I bought a 250 from them as this was the closest. It was different enough I was not going to fit it. I then asked what the Screwfix part number was for the 250-3. "I am not familiar with the Screwfix parts numbers". When I pointed out that Screwfix was their distributor she said "Well I don't deal with Screwfix.". I was cross enough to return the hatch to Screwfix, a second wasted journey. I then repaired the old one and re-fitted that. I won't be rushing back to buy any of their products following that level of support.
