Excellent products and service
I have repeat orders of Manuka Doctor products and am highly satisfied with every product. From the ordering process to packaging and delivery it is a smooth process. The facial moisturisers that I get are amazing, especially the Day Cream in a jar that you reintroduced, thank you. My only angst is that I do remain uncertain how to use the Hive points I’ve accrued when ordering but this does not detract from the excellent products.

Great product but awful packaging
I would give 5 stars but the packaging of the actual honey is 9 times out of 10 impossible to open. I don’t know who is to blame for this but the plastic lids leave harsh spikes which I cut my finger on and the pull and peal seals always require a knife to remove as they are secured too strongly and the tab is too short to get a grip on. Other than the awful plastic bottles they come in the product itself is great which is why I keep buying it. I just loathe the packaging

We seal our jars tightly to ensure they stay secure during their journey from New Zealand.
Here are a couple of tips that might help, if not already tried.
🍯Run the lid under warm water for a minute or two to help loosen it.
🍯Gently use a blunt object to break the seal around the edge of the lid — this often makes it much easier to twist open.
🍯Use a jar opener
🍯Wearing rubber washing up gloves to help with grip.

It tastes great but I was rather sceptical even as I bought the product. However I decided to give this honey a go and to be honest I think it is helping with my silent reflux sore throat but not on its own. I also take Gaviscon Advance .
Certainly it isn't making things worse which normal honey might.I put a little into tepid chamomile tea and have one to three teaspoonfuls of it after food or drink.I have read that lower strength might be just as effective but only tried this one so far.Plus I don't know if they were referring to every type of sore throat.
