Great customer service and quick turnaround on my order .
This was my first time working with Maple Leaf, and I was not disappointed! They were extremely good communicators, and even sent me pictures of production when my complex logo was coming out a tiny bit blurry in the center to see what I wanted to do. They were very fast at answering questions, letting me know how the process was going, and even delivered the 100 lunch boxes I ordered a week ahead of schedule! The product quality was great especially for the low price and I will definitely be ordering from them again.

Delivery dates are a little unpredictable. They are getting better at keeping in touch with the customer.
At times, my email interactions would take upwards of four days to receive a response from Maple Leaf. Almost every question I'd send would require one, sometimes two follow-ups from me before I'd receive a reply. This created a situation where a simple order that should have taken 1-2 days to get into production, took 1-2 weeks. This messed up our timelines to the point that by the time we received the product, it was too late.
Once the order was in production, I received no updates on where it was in the process. When I followed up, I was told that there was an issue with the vendor which further delayed the delivery. It was frustrating to only hear this information as a reactive excuse for the delay and could have been better served as a proactive response when the delay was first known–not that it would have changed the situation, but it would have allowed us a chance to come up with an alternative solution. I was also told I'd receive a tracking number once the order was shipped, but I was never provided with this number.
The product was provided as advertised, but the overall process to receive the product was a frustrating experience fraught with delays and unnecessary check-ins by the client.
I am a previous customer with Maple Leaf Promotions, I have purchased thousands of 4x7 scratch pads for my business. Unfortunately, I have called three times in the last two weeks to reorder with no success - the first time the customer service rep took my info, found my previous order info and said someone would send me a quote. I never heard back from anyone. I have since called in two more times and still no response. The last call today I was told to email all of my info including my previous order information and artwork. What terrible customer service, I have wasted two weeks and still no order. It looks like I will have to start all over with another company. Shame on you Maple Leaf Promotions!
I placed a re order from a previous year. It seemed it should have been a little easer then it was, however the product came timely and was just as previous. 2,500 lip balms.
I like the product, HOWEVER, this year as in year's past, damages with one carton arriving split. I over order number of calendars knowing that some will have dings. Fewer damaged this time. I have reported their shipping issues for at least 2 years prior. How hard is it to get cartons with sufficient burst weight limits? I would pay a little extra for competent shipping!
Otherwise, good price for good product.

I have ordered this product for many years and the product itself is excellent.For the first time this year the overall customer service was marginal.It took a number of calls to accomplish what in the past was done with one I'll assume that covid has had an impact on operations though it's not an excuse for bad service.We'll see what happens next year.

My recomendation from the customer end, is one central place to send communitation. Every step was a different route to email. Sales, proofs, info, ad etc....were each different. Also a shipment arrival date would be nice, so we know when to expect it.

It took us almost a month to get our order from the attempt at reorder to receiving it. The initial reorder email request wasn't responded to and I had to reach out again to find out what was happening. Then I sent in a payment for invoice and a week later got a request asking if I still wanted this order - hadn't received pay notice from that dept. Then it took another several weeks for order to ship and receive. I don't know what's changed since our last order but I hope it gets streamlined or I will find another company to use.
