Utterly incompetent Estate Agent
Watch out for a rude incompetent estate agent called Pallvi. She’s so unprofessional, super vague and countless times took everything so personally, calling me names, and gaslighting me. They were terrible at answering messages, arranging viewings without confirming times formally, and not passing on details properly. The whole thing was a mess. When I terminated the contract they literally did everything in their power not to give the account back to dexters, feigning ignorance about what had been said and withholding giving the buyers list to them. Honestly stay away. It was all good at the start but when things went wrong with the sale falling through they were so bad in the end. My mum passed away and all they cared about was making the sale - pressuring me and my brother into what would’ve been a terrible deal. Thank God we said no and moved to Dexters.
