This person has never bought form our website, and we have no contact information for him. We have reported this to Trustpilot and are waiting for them to remove the review. You can se from the other reviews that we value our customers greatly, and the only other negative review was regarding Royal Mail, and that our service was good.

Delivery failure
The ordering process, despatch and customer service was excellent. Unfortunately Royal Mail let you down and have only just tried to deliver (which I refused) my order, which was placed on Tuesday the 14th of November on a 'next day' 24hr delivery! Today is the 22nd of November? Cannot review the actual product as had to source from Screwfix at a higher cost to get me out of trouble.
