I searched all over for a freedive watch.
The Beuchat Mundial 2 was my watch of choice.
The closest place for me to walk in and buy it where I live in California was 50 miles away and would have cost me over $600 USD (including the cable interface) when you figure in tax and gas.
I found it at Mareshop.eu for an INCREDIBLE price.
They were very responsive to my emails, very helpful and very polite.
I had the watch, from Italy to California, in two days.
My TOTAL cost was $342 USD..for EVERYTHING! Watch, cable interface and shipping.
I will definitely be keeping their website on my desktop.

Was amazed at how well this European Dive Store managed to get a specialty product out to Australia. Keep up the great work!

Was a bit wary about ordering from Italy but delivery was very quick (I paid for 48h delivery) & items first class.

Ordered a Suunto computer and a cressi mask
Which arrived very quickly indeed considering where they had travelled from.
The items were at a very good price ,packed well and exactly as described.
I would definitely use this shop again, it was also easy to track the progress of the package

I wanted to order 2 Cressi Giotto Dive Computers quickly because we were going away in 2 weeks time on a diving holiday and these were out of stock in the UK.
They were in stock at Mareshop and they even gave me a 5% new customer discount.
Arrived 2 working days later in the UK by Fedex in perfect condition.
Customer service email was quick , friendly and informative even giving advice on best places to dive in Italy.

Great place to get good deals on european brands.

We purchased quite a few items including: Apeks flight regulator x2, Apeks Din adapter x2, Apeks pressure and depth console and a Suunto viper dive computer. All gear was excellently packaged and boxed as new. Just finished setting up the gear and testing it, all working flawlessly. Postage to Australia only took 2 weeks! I also stuffed up with the post code on the order and emailed the store. I received a reply within a few hours telling me the mistake was fixed. First actual dive with the gear next Saturday. Highly recommend this store.

Package arrived one day ahead of estimated del which was great.
Product looks great now all I have to do is find time to use it.

Mareshop advertised a Suunto D6i at a 'sale offer/special price' until 31 July 2014. Mareshop did not inform on their site about additional costs not covered by them that the client unexpectedly has to pay in order to get the product. This additional costs substantially increased the 'sale price' beyond other e-commerce websites competitive costs.

I have been harmstrung to pay these unexpected costs to get this product through customs in my country. This was not advised when I clicked PAY on paypal nor through Mareshop website. I never had this issue before as any other site includes this cost in the price or advised clearly before I pay so I can make my decision.

According to International e-commerce laws, additional costs such as customs must be advised to the client before the client pays, however Mareshop plays the game of hiding these costs in the T&C and decides to not communicate this to the customer so Mareshop can sell more under the hat.

When the client realises it's too late as payments go through and product is already on its way. Mareshop customer service does not really exist as replies to the customer consist in referencing their T&C like a robot.

Basically the attitude is "I do what I like and no matter what Laws in e-commerce say I just override them in my T&C" sort of selling style policies. Worst customer experience ever.

I'd recommend to buy your diving products somewhere else unless you live in front of Mareshop otherwise you will be paying a lot more than what they advertise.

Interesting to see if this feedback gets somewhere.

I purchase a BCD on Sunday evening my local time, I had received an email stating my product had shipped early Monday morning. As I am located on the western side of the United States, I had expected a slightly longer shipping time. I was extremely happy that I had received the product on the Friday of the same week. I have no objections to using this company in my future scuba purchases after the great service I have received so far.

Delivery to Australia only took 4 days. Great communication. Would happily buy from again!
