Unprofessional Environment and Lack of Basic Support
During my time at this company, I experienced several ongoing issues that made it difficult to perform my job effectively. The office environment was poorly maintained — temperature control was a constant problem, with extremely cold conditions in the winter and excessive heat in the summer. Additionally, pest issues persisted throughout much of the year, which made the space feel both uncomfortable and unhygienic. Basic facilities were also neglected — for example, the bathrooms did not have functioning locks, which compromised privacy and added to the discomfort.
The workplace technology and equipment were frequently outdated or malfunctioning. A typical day involved trying to complete tasks while dealing with a computer that randomly shut down and a printer that consistently failed — which created additional pressure when facing deadlines. Technical issues were rarely resolved in a timely manner, making it difficult to stay productive.
Promised benefits were not always reliable, and changes could occur without much notice or communication. There was also little to no formal support system for employees. Without a dedicated HR department, it was difficult to address concerns or workplace issues in a meaningful way.
Overall, I found the work environment to be stressful and lacking the resources needed for employees to succeed. I would recommend prospective employees carefully consider these factors before accepting a position.
