My order was sent out immediately after I ordered

I have used this company before for needles and threads. I am very particular about what needles I use. When I ordered last time I waited and waited for my needles finally I emailed them to ask about my order and they said they were waiting for the coming in but if I wanted something else instead they would send that I declined the offer and said I would wait and pointed out if there was a problem it is good customer service to notify the customer. On the day the said they would have them in I emailed to check if they were there, they weren't i then asked for a refund. They sent an email a day or two later saying my needles were in stock and they had sent them as I had missed the email asking if I still wanted a refund. When they arrived they were not the ones I ordered and I will not use them also because I have mobility issues I can't send them back I will never buy from them again it's not the amount of money thats an issue is the poor customer service and the presumption that I will accept an inferior product that is so annoying. They should be able to amend their website saying they were out of stock

I received a variety of DMC embroidery threads in good time.

I love it that MariesCrossStitch reuse the boxes in which they get their threads, so that my skeins are protected during transport but are not wasting cardboard with new packaging.

An Excellent Experience - Ordered Yesterday And Delivered Early This Morning! Will Be Ordering Again!

I have never had any trouble with the company with the products or the customer liason with the staff I have placed orders with. It is an excellent company which allows you to talk personally to them or use the computer for orders.

I go to Marie's often and would highly recommend to other stitchers. The delivery is quick and products are high quality.

A lovely needle felting kit at a great price, well packaged and sent very quickly. Can't wait to get started

Delivery was very quick, shorter than the estimated time. Cross stitch product was as described and in excellent condition with everything needed to do the stitching.

I really cannot recommend this company. Parcel not received as was advised Non existent communication. They do not appear to be interested when things go wrong!! Long delivery times ( they don't mention that in the blurb). I've received items from mainland Europe quicker than this. I'm hoping to be surprised
and receive item soon!

Managed to find the products I needed. Colour was correct.

Great value for money. Good service and communication. A varied selection of tapestry wools.

Long delivery. poor quality, shortage of wools and no identifier nor colour id which would help getting replacement wool
I think the price of these kits is far too high considering what is in the kit, a few strandsi of wool and a printed canvas
Quality has been reduced of late

I had to contact customer service and their help was excellent. Prompt and supportive.
