Excellent service on both occasions when ordering from Maries Cross Stitch. Really easy to find the DMC threads I needed for a project, and the ordering/processing/dispatch turnaround was pretty quick too.

Fantastic Service
Fantastic service, easy usable website, I messaged to advise I needed my order urgently and if cotons not available to let me know and to send the order without. They did exactly what I asked and the cotons were with me within 2 days. Thank you so very much. I have used them before and will use them for all my cotons.

Quick to dispatch

unbelievable service they went above…
unbelievable service they went above and beyond to help me get the right wool I ordered wrong wool and returned it not only did they they take it back with no quibble but they also sorted the correct stuff out for me I only sent a piece of paper and a picture they took there time to make sure everything was perfect I can not thank them enough for what they did for me I would highly recommend and give 5 stars for comunication and service
