Excellent service and great company

Matthew made the whole experience an absolute pleasure. Nothing was too much trouble and his customer service was fantastic.
Setting up or business has had its challenges but during the insurance want one of them.

Phoned to arrange to take up quote (which had expired as over 30 days after quote. After some re-questioning given a quote a little more than previous indication so took up the quote. Other questions asked of me and there was some confusion over one of my answers and person had to go and speak to supervisor twice. As an ex insurance underwriter dealing with Liability cover for nuclear power stations as well as property covers for the last 20 years of my career I could not see the problem an that is why just 4 stars as the person I spoke to did not seem to have much understanding of Liability insurance and due to that lack of knowledge must have given wrong information to the supervisor he spoke to so had to repeat the referral when I gave more information to clarify suggesting they had the wrong end of the stick! All settled in the end but a little worrying as lack of understanding could have been accepted by a 'normal' proposer who would have accepted what was said.

Your staff member Isaac Woolner listened carefully to my needs,checked for understanding then found me the exact policy cover I was looking for. I had contacted at least 6 other companies seeking a particular policy and none could help me. Issac spoke to the underwriters and confirmed my request could be dealt with.I cannot speak highly enough of the truly personal service he provided to me. I am very pleased with the price for the policy too. I want you to provide him with my feedback from my review. I thanked him on the call also.

Just Like to say that our Friendship Club are very happy with the cover we have and how easey it was to set up staff were very helpfull.

Super friendly - super helpful and super flexible. No matter the questions, delays or call backs the lovely staff got it done. Really liked how it was the same lady too - like having an account manager.

We want to know what we are paying for. We recently made a claim as food was stolen from the charity, you denied our claim because it's Pet food. Food is good and I want an explanation, we can't pay for insurance that does not suit our needs, we are a mobile food bank and we do pet food as well the charity has to buy the petfood and we cannot afford to get it back. You have made this very difficult for us
