What a shame!
What a shame, these drivers & company are always awesome! However a rude, lying & argumentive woman phone operator let them down tonight, crap phone service was a let down to a usually fantastic local company.

They are not a local company but a…
They are not a local company but a booking agency that draft in any old dick and harry to cover the work.
Drivers usually don't come from Marlborough so have no loyalty to the local population.
Also do not confuse them with the local company Marlboroughtaxis.com
they are not the same company.
Be careful especially in the run up to Xmas.

Just book direct with a taxi company, don’t use this
It’s not clear that this company is a booking agent because it came up as my local area taxi company. I booked two weeks in advance knowing that it’s hard to get taxis in my area. I rang up a week in advance to confirm I had a taxi booked. Now a day before the wedding my booking is cancelled. I now have 10 people stranded in rural countryside on a bank holiday weekend. Very annoyed.
