Fake Food ALERT!! Fish Product Lobster Mix Sold, Upcharged Calling It Lobster!

My name is Geri-Ann (PLANit S.M.A.R.T. Change Management Solutions).

I'm reaching out concerning the El Segundo location and the misrepresentation of the "lobster" items being
sold under false pretense .

After purchasing "lobster" tacos and "lobster" and shrimp pasta over (13) months, I recently discovered I've been consuming a mixture of "fish and fish product". I consistently (monthly) purchased "lobster" tacos, side of "lobster", "lobster" and shrimp linguini, "lobster" pot pie, and "lobster" benedict. Over (13) months ($1,234.98 before taxes), I believed I ordered, was upcharged and consumed "lobster" as advertised on the menu and confirmed to me after asking the servers; when in fact I was consuming "fish and fish product", mixed with a small amount of lobster! Surimi!

I am beyond disgusted and appalled this is advertised on the menu and being upcharged under false and intentionally misleading pretense. Even more troubling is what "unknown" products, additives and replacements for "lobster" I ingested over those (13) months, while being upcharged and told I was consuming "lobster"!

This is outrageous and unexcepable to perpetrate such fraud, especially in an industry where consumers are reliant upon what we are being told we are putting into our bodies!

After reaching out to managers, regional managers and the prior CEO, I was repeatedly told they would refund monies, rectify the situation, and would remove or retract with an * items listed on the menu containing "lobster".

Yet, after being contacted by the regional manager (Lindsay) and was told she would remedy this misrepresentation, I haven't heard back from Lindsay in weeks, she won't return my calls or emails, the menu items remain the same, and customers are still being told they are consuming "lobster"; and being upcharged for "lobster" menu items!

OUTRAGEOUS and beyond EGREGIOUS!!
