Every person is so helpful and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble.

Great until you have an issue!

Used this printer a number of times and have been happy with quality and service. Just had problems with 5 different orders and instead of addressing the issue they want to blame the way the files were supplied. (Files passed their preflight software) Get what you pay for I suppose.

As a professional designer it is important to have a trustworthy print supplier. Quality is essential, and having used Marqetspace for years now I have never been let down.

I like this very simple process. Choose the required product, upload a design file PDF for print. Pay and wait for delivery of the finished printed items. And reorders are even simpler.

Most impressed with the turnaround time on a job I thought would take longer. I had informed my client that it would take a at least a day longer and they were so happy to receive not just the one job they were expecting but the other too that wasn't expected to arrive until much later. Thanks Marqetspace - you got me some brownie points.

Placed an order
Didn’t get a proof sent through to check so assumed that all was OK
Then found out that I should have been sent a proof and my order would not arrive on time
Had to cancel and do a 35 mile round trip to another supplier to get an order done to ship to the USA
I asked about a small compensation but was just given a refund
Have used this company for 10 years and was disappointed

excellent products, excellent website which is a doddle to use. 24 hours a day 7 days a week they have the most amazing turnaround and brilliant support and pre/after sales service. We don't go anywhere else for print now.

Never let me down. Helpful if i have something im not sure about producing. Feel they go the extra miles. Only small downside is one of the couriers they use. Been a day late a few times now so i try and add an extra day to my delivery time to client and then if on time, im early!

I've been using these guys for years. Sent hundreds of orders to them and ALWAYS had great results. It's not just the print quality, huge range of products, easy to order system or accurate turn-arounds, its the service too. When I have a question I get a quick and friendly response (and they always seem so happy to help!).
