Avoid this developer in Dubai at all…

Avoid this developer in Dubai at all costs. Their only focus is taking your money without delivering or registering the promised unit. They sell you a dream, but fail to deliver on their promises.
They have more than 500.000 AED of my money, never seen them again

You have mentioned "never seen them again". That is unlikely, since the company is very much here and actively working on projects.

Stay Away from Marquis Circle Real Estate Developer!

My experience with Marquis Circle Real Estate Developer has been a complete disaster. I bought a unit at Marquis Galleria (Unit 701) with the understanding that everything, like signing the SPA and registering the property with the DLD, would be done quickly. That didn’t happen. It took over a year to even get an unsigned SPA, and the property still hasn’t been registered, despite countless promises.

What makes it even worse is that they pressured me to cancel the deal because the property market has gone up significantly. Since they hadn’t registered the property, they saw an opportunity to make more money by pushing me out of the deal. Instead of honoring the agreement, they tried to force me to cancel so they could resell the unit at a higher price.

On top of that, they even tried to hit me with ridiculous penalties to squeeze more money out of me. The communication has been nothing but broken promises and a lot of dishonesty.

No matter how many times I’ve tried to sort things out with them, they’ve shown zero interest in keeping their word or treating me like a valued customer. I’ve been dealing with delays, wasted time, and money that they’re holding onto with no resolution in sight. If you’re thinking about buying from them, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Marquis Circle is unreliable, dishonest, and only cares about their profits.
