I hope this works for everyone
I had the same issue as everyone else. I joined a marriage allowance company thinking it was legit.. I've recently received all my money directly from HMRC. I went to a accountant they told me how to get the marriage allowance company off my HMRC account, the accountant would have to become my agent, which would take off the marriage allowance company as my agent. Once the accountants requested to be my agent, HMRC send a code to my address and I had to give the accountant that code. He then requested my refund and I can now stay I've received all my money back. It's been a long struggle to get to this point. I wanted the refund back in 2020 when it was hard financially because of COVID, I just waited. This summer I had enough. I was determined to get my money without them taking 42%. I hope this works for everyone who see this.
Rarely do I ever leave a bad review but…
Rarely do I ever leave a bad review but this company are nothing but thieves, had I of known the were not working for HMRC then I would of stayed well clear!they will take all your details, then take over half of any government allowance that has been allocated to you!please do not make the same mistake I did,DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY 😡
Here's a hint
Here's a hint: always beware of unsolicited messages with spelling mistakes. A bona fide company wouldn't make a schoolboy error like "Find out if your (sic) eligible."
Marriage Allowance claims.org.uk Fraud site
Marriage Allowance claim is Fraud site
My wife filled form online to claim marriage allowance she thought it was HMRC site and we got letter look like HMRC letter that we eligible for 667.00 pound and my wife applied and we got email from their marriage allowance team mate CLAIRE WOODS that application has successful and received cheque and we was surprised that we got 367.00 and 30% deduction for their fee so we was so frustrated we called to cancel are claim but they said you can cancel but we cannot get are deducted money back they robbed us and I don't understand why this HMRC is dealing with such site they have to take strictly action on Fraud site and get our money back.
SCAM
Its unfortunate that I have to give one star. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. It’s a scam. Not only do they take 52% of your money you are going to be very lucky to get the remaining of what’s left. I haven’t.😡
I would give 0 stars if I could like…
I would give 0 stars if I could like many others I thought I was dealing with HMRC & it was only when I received the cheque for quite a lot less than I was expecting that I realised I had been scammed.I sent a letter asking to cancel my agreement with them & they refused but after reading other things on Facebook I'm going to try again
Marriage Claims Allowance Ltd are Con Artists!
Marriage Claims Allowance adverts pop up on social media appearing to be HMRC. This company however will take more than 50% of your tax rebate not just the money from the marriage allowance but all of it eg money from being on the wrong tax code which we were! Do not use this company they won't take you off their list they will tell you they do that at their discretion because of the signed deed of assignment, however they can't claim your tax for future years so do it yourself through HMRC for free and get all of your money or if you haven't yet been scammed by this company still go and claim your hard earned money for free with HMRC.
Although what this company is doing is…
Although what this company is doing is not unlawful, morally and ethically they are soout of order. They will take 42% plus a admin fee from any rebate you are entitled to. Do not get sucked in.

Thieves!
DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY.
They are designed to make you think you are dealing with HMRC, but you are not. They will take nearly half of your refund without making it clear on the paperwork that they will do so.
Go directly to HMRC to make a claim for a tax refund.
Apparently what these fraudsters do is not illegal- but it should be.
Vampires who suck money MAC Ltd
Uk is a country of law and order. How can any company like this take people's hard earned money without letting them know the hidden administration fees and VAT and bla bla.On facebook Youtube and even on google's top search takes you to them for marriage allowance.same happened to us and they are ripping people off. They dont do anything else than sending you a signature letter and thats it.
But more than them i am shocked on HMRC system who are mingled with them in this fraud to eat poor people's money which their families actually deserve.
Sad that i even have to give them 1 star.which they dont deserve. They are thieves at the lowest who have crawled out of a drain in the street to suck peoples blood like leeches. They have no shame to feed their families with hard working peoples money especially during these times where there are so many struggling through covid. Shame on HMRC to even work with such a lowlife company.
This is a scam
This is a scam. My partner and I lost £250 to processing fees.
My first point is to ensure that if you have done business with this company, make sure you contact them to ensure they remove all of your personal details. HMRC told me that they are within their right to use your details in the future. Send a letter, and phone them - ensure they remove your personal details, that's 100% within your rights. Make sure they remove your tax information. They are within their right to use your information for future tax rebates.
My second point. Please contact your local MP about sites like these. I want you to take a careful look at their website. Their logo is created to look like the HMRC logo. Their language is made to look like an official government body has written it. I've contacted my local MP. I've also taken screenshots of their previous and existing website and emails for proof that they are being deliberately manipulative.
The people who own this company are Jack Johnston (and his brother Ben) and Richard Harwoood and they are based in London, not Leicester. They keep registering their companies under different names and scamming people. These are the people stealing your money.
They also own a letting housing association and several other companies in London. I'll be setting up a website soon to detail all the dirty laundry around these guys - enjoy!
Exact same as all reviews
Exact same as all reviews
No we have this chq, not signed and also can not contact company
Scammers who will take half your money
Scammers who will take half your money. They are not affiliated with HMRC and they will refuse to comply with contract law if you try to get out within 90 days. Also they're horrible on the phone, literally yelling dogs abuse at me
Don't get Scammed
Having applied to HMRC for a tax refund, somehow this company obtained my details, they hoodwink you in to thinking they are part of HMRC but then intercept your rebate and retain over 50% in admin fees
DO NOT GET CAUGHT AS WE AND MANY OTHER HAVE
Shameless thieves
This is a scam company who steal 42% of your tax rebate. They use every trick to make you believe that you are dealing directly with HMRC.
DO NOT USE THEM!

This company is a complete rip off
This company is a complete rip off. I was advised by HMRC that I should have a refund of 470 but after this company got their hands on it, I received half that due to their admin. costs. Do not use this company, do it yourself online and save 50% of your refund.
