We have had our home and auto bundled

We have had our home and auto bundled, for over 20 years thru the same insurance company. Same exact checking account. Paper checks. Which is only used for bills. We have always hand delivered payment for full year as soon as we recieve the bill. After Marsh took over our insurance office. My husband did exactly as we always do, the new woman at front took the check and bill, and said one moment she would punch it in and then gave him a receipt. Two days later home owner bill came in, same was repeated. A week and a half later we received a call saying if we didn't correct the insufficient check payment, we would be cancled. We argued that it was not insufficient. We immediately went to our bank with check copy, no evidence of it ever being processed to bank and there was definitely monies to cover it. We took printout and letter from bank to insurance office next day, which at that time we were told our homeowners insurance was being canceled due to 2 bad checks. We argued not possible, woman said she ran them through twice to company. They had come back bad checks ,no account. I called bank woman and bank spoke, reaffirmed account and monies. Woman gave them the check info she had entered from her paperwork on computer, not the checks. Not even close to account information. The 2 payments she punched in didn't even match. Another employee tried to correct it all. We were still cancled.

Useless

They are the insurance provider for the northern netball football league. I was seriously injured in an AFL game way back in March. I had to fill out a 10 page form which I submitted. Never heard back from them. After pushing, I finally got a claim number. I sent in my forms to claim physio. Still havent heard back from them. Its been 4 months.

Hi I was greeted with a Huge Smile and welcomed like family. The Marsh Creek Village Townhomes are beautiful, clean, very up to date appliances, dishwasher, 2 clean bathrooms and a walk in closet that is huge! I am applying for the first floor since I am a senior citizen with stairs. Glad I had an appointment to visit their property. Tristen, the Associate Manager was a delight! Darlene Z. Bates

Terrible Customer Service

My storage insurance is covered by Marsh, the claim form itself was short and vague but ok. I was given an amount which I took due to short notice of moving homes. I am yet to receive payment and it is overdue. Have not been able to get a response since. Very unresponsive when communicating via Email.

Lacking expertise in their industry

I was shocked at the incompetence of dealing with Marsh. They made many basic mistakes again and again which left me with no confidence in them whatsoever. There’s a severe lack of skill within their employees and they seem to be a cowboy insurance company who just accept money and squirm their way out of genuine claims.

0 stars. Legit wanted to simply change my address and took over an hour. Also wanted to add renters insurance since my roommate just moved out and they flat out denied me and said since I didn’t have it before I can’t have it now. Makes no sense to me at all, I’ve been with them since I started driving at 16, over 15years and you’re telling me I’m not trustworthy enough? Ridiculous, customer service and sales team

Wish I could rate them ZERO

Wish I could rate them ZERO, as that would reflect their customer service and promises to call back. When you go with them paying them on time is a big thing, once you actually make a claim, there's literally no one to speak to. Quite disappointing considering I have paid them for many years and never made a claim. Now when I do, there's no one.......

Call agents are very insensitive and rude. They are not helpful. They told me to send emails to get things actioned. I sent over a dozen emails. Not one single email was responded to in 7 months. Absolutely the worst place every

Horrible insurance

Horrible insurance, The storage people ask to insure the items which were in the storage Shurgard Kennington 381 Kennington Road, London SE11 4PT. And the items were stolen from that Shurgard Storage, so we filed all the paper and the insurance people keep saying that they can’t prove that we had items because they didn’t see it, and that we submitted out claims late, which is basically not true. They just don’t want to payback. Don’t even use it. HORRIBLE insurance.

Had to chase them continuously

Had to chase them continuously. Really poor service. Zero advice given. Uninterested agent. They were recommended as the 'partner' service, but did not produce the documents as was required by the partner. What should have been a simple, straightforward transaction took months to purchase. Would hate to see a situation if I had to claim!

Horrible company zero Customer support. Wait for hours on phone get nowhere. Finally get ahold of someone they transfer you again to nowhere. Hopeless company. Switch insurance companies. Worst company ever!!

Terrible service

Terrible service. I am changing to another agency tomorrow. No one listens to your needs, everything gets screwed up. Insurance should not be this hard. I have hated their service for years but this last flub up takes the cake!

Took my money quick enough however, no response nor refund.

Took my money quick enough however had to cancel the policy and have now been waiting for over two months. Keep emailing Jack Fensome whom dealt with my insurance but no response, only time he responded is when I asked about another policy. But when asked about my refund no response. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. I will now contact Aviva direct to see what they can do.

Terrible customer service and bad advice

Terrible customer service. We will not be renewing. I made a very straightforward enquiry of Marsh Commercial about the level of cover our allotment association needed as we were concerned that we might be over insured. After endless phone calls over a period of months I made a formal complaint that the answer I received was ambiguous. It seems to say that we could reduce our cover. My complaint named the person who was responsible for handling our policy. When I received the reply to my complaint it did not address my complaint of unreasonable delay and failure to return phone calls. It simply gave a totally different answer to whether we could reduce our cover. The complaint response was written by the person who had originally dealt with my enquiry. Not only does Marsh Commercial have appaling customer service but it does not have proper complaints procedure.

This company robbed my partner years…

This company robbed my partner years ago, they sent violent criminals to threaten her when she missed just one payment..
They then went on to forge legal documents and embezzle over 12 thousand pounds out of her for a car that was apparently worth 7000 but had serious mechanical issues.
AVOID THESE SCUMBAG BASTDARDS AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!

Awful service this year

Very poor service. After several years of good experiences with Marsh, we find every year they are raising our premiums and actually giving us less coverage. The agent I asked about it (I was hoping to learn about our options) at their Toronto office was hostile and stopped answering emails and phone calls when I tried to renew. They wait months to get back to us, giving us no time to review the proposal before signing. Like the other reviewer, we almost ended up uninsured. There was no apology or effort exerted to help us with the process. Instead, threats of extra fees were made. Now they still haven't sent me an invoice, and I can't get in touch with anyone at their offices who can help me. It's like they don't care about our business at all. Thanks for nothing, Marsh.
