Fradulent people don't trust them. Very unprofessional,worst cancel and refund policy
I have ordered product from Marshall petzone on 11th of may 2020 and order was to reach me by 23rd May from visakhapatnam to nizamabad. Order was to be delivered on 23rd may. Have called and emailed them many times, but all in vain. Today is 13th June and still no response when the product will be delivered.I asked for cancellation and refund but they deny saying that first the product should be delivered to you, then only product can be cancelled. Don't know how many more days i have to wait.
Please don't order from them. Waste junky people.

Fraudulent Company
I placed an order with them & after 2 days of placing order (where the full money was paid upfront), I got an email stating that my area is not serviceable. If my area was not serviceable how did they take my order and money? Moreover the mail does not say a thing about cancelling my order or returning my money, it simply says that your area is not serviceable. I tried calling the given numbers, no one picks. I even wrote to the company owner but got no response. What an unprofessional bunch of people, I would rather say this is fraudulent site, which keeps your money for sometime & then cancel your order. Good way to earn interest.

Worst possible experience TWICE with…
Worst possible experience TWICE with Marshall pet zone.. 1st time they increased the price of product AFTER I HAD PAID FOR IT!! I had to cancel the order.. second time after a wait of 21 days THE ORDER WAS NEVER DELIVERED.. the customer care assured thet they’ll give me a feedback by tomorrow.. thst tomorrow has never come!! Atrocious ethics.. hope the company closes down soon so that more customers are not harrassed..

Worst Company in the world
• No Hierarchy
• No HR
• No paid leaves
• No refreshments
• No Ac
• No bonus if you work overtime
• Month ending Salary will be given on 10th of the next month
• If some of the colleges take leave you should handle their work
• Must learn and do each and every work irrespective of your Job Position. (I have been hired for catalogue analyst but I worked as customer support, catalogue, taking photos and there was even time when they told me to work in warehouse and do labour work)
• Work timings 9.30 Am to 7 pm ( you should not leave exactly by 7)
• Office Space is congested
• Must do what MADAM says (Must not ask questions)
