Never Buy From Marshall Mercedes Benz Preston
Guess what people I got a threat today from the CEO of Marshall Mercedes Benz Daksh Gupta.
He said" Finally, if you wish to do a social media campaign against our company please be aware that as a UK plc we will defend our company reputation with the full force at the companies disposal to defend any comments of deformation. We will then seek full costs and damages. I should point out we are aware of your comments on facebook and suggest that you remove these by close of play tomorrow I hope this is clear"
This company has not offered to repair my car but has threatened to pursue me for LOSS as a result of my reviews! They will spend money to defend their reputation but not invest in their customers!
It seems the company is willing to bully and threaten people like me not to voice their opinions and experiences. What a disgraceful organisation and to have the CEO send you something like this in writing is out of this world!
Their so called solicitor part of Marshall Legal ( Shaun Harvey) is a disgrace to his profession and the entire human race! He falsified information in a written document to defend the company's position on my vehicle. This is the Head of Legal Compliance people! This is corruption on a grand scale. Take my word people do not buy from Marshall as they will take your money and when you need them they will pass you over to this disgraceful human being Shaun Harvey who thinks he can scare monger people away with his legal jargon!
I have sent this clown 3 emails and he has refused to respond and has chosen to hide behind his falsified defence statement!
If I could give minus stars then I would however they are lucky 1 star is the lowest which they do not deserve. I bought a car of this dealer back in June 2016. The day I bought the car had issues with suspension so I tried to give the car back within the 30 days however because I put a very expensive kit on the car to aesthetically modify the car they would not cover that cost so they forced my hand to keep the car. They advertised the car as 1 owner but when the log book came I was the 3rd owner! The car has had so many issues it's unbelievable, I even had to have the passenger seat replaced at my own expense. I have been trying to sort this car for the last six months and got nowhere. Daksh Gupta (CEO OF MARSHALL) Simon Everett (BRAND DIRECTOR) and Andrew Padmore (GENERAL MANAGER) have denied rectifying my car, washed their hands with my concerns and left my wife and I to it saying it is our problem now! What a disgraceful bunch of people!
I warn you people,stay well away from MARSHALL MERCEDES BENZ PRESTON they are after your money and nothing else!
Do not buy anything from these clowns, I turned the heat up on their pathetic response which they sent me today as their defence so they used one statement from my response and said don't contact us as you have threatened us. All I said to this clown ( SIMON EVERETT) was he has made the biggest mistake in his career by dismissing my concerns. I suppose it was the easiest option for these 3 clowns to hide behind their legal team.
They should be embarrassed of their actions! They owe me and my wife £24k but they feel I will walk away and let these 3 clowns get away with this well they are wrong. I am currently trying once more with their legal team to get my car sorted or I will be starting legal proceedings. I don't care how much this cots now, they have crossed the line!
Mark my words people do not go to this circus act of a company because they are only interested in your money.

As well as being less expensive than other quotes (hate to say 'cheaper' as nothing is cheap on a RRover)! the experience gave me a lot of confidence in the dealership. Very pleased with the standard of service. Would recommend.

Nearly a month to wait for service items
I recently needed to get my car serviced as it was due and I needed to sell it as I am going back overseas. I have a friend who owns a service/repair centre so asked if he could carry out a routine service on my car so it was all ready to go with a fresh MOT when I sell it.
He ordered routine service items, oil filter, sparks plugs etc for the car from marshalls who said they should be in within the next few days (the car is a sports model). A few days later we havent heard anything so my mechanic friend gives them a call only to be told that they have the order but the guy that is dealing with it has gone on holiday and wont be back for a couple of weeks! - Oh wonderful.
Asking that surely there is someone else there that can sort this out for me the reply was that they have only just got the franchise and don't really know what they are doing! - Superb.
So three weeks later I eventually get the service items which were thanks god the correct parts.
Not good for this type of franchise marshalls, buck your ideas up.
