I experienced absolutely no success in receiving ice cream from this company. Every instance, the courier was held responsible. What an utter drain on my time and energy. It's amusing that I'm being asked to review a product that never arrived, highlighting the company's understanding of customer needs.

The business utterly failed to deliver the ice cream to me. Each missed delivery was attributed to the courier. It was a complete waste of my time and energy. It's quite ironic to be asked to review a product I never got, highlighting the company's understanding of customer needs.

DPD had a problem and failed to deliver the order to Edinburgh initially but Amy at Marshfield resent it and made a flat full of students doing exams very happy indeed.
Many thanks for going above and beyond, have used this delivery service before and will certainly do so again. Have a good Christmas all.

First time we've bought from Marshfield website as our dog had some Scoops Dog ice cream on holiday and loved it. My son ordered some vegan ice cream which he said is great. I'm not keen on ice cream so ordered some blackcurrent sorbet to try and - wow it's gorgeous! So we're all here eating ice cream, or sorbet, in winter.
Very quick delivery too for a very fair delivery price. We'll definately be back.

Easy to browse and order. Confirmation was quick and the delivery process was really efficient, with superb tracking. And best of all, the ice cream is delicious!

We first came across their dog ice cream in store and didn’t realise we could buy it online. Our dog loves these so we end up buying them in bulk. We’ve never had any problems with delivery and they’ve arrived frozen. It’s even better now that they use dried ice too in their packaging. The only downside is the price as they cost a small fortune.
