No1 Coach!

Chris Marsh founder of MarshFit has single handedly mastered the person centred art of coaching.

Coach Marsh not only shares his intensive knowledge of health, wellbeing and fitness but he communicates and listens so attentively to create a personal plan that not only get results but adapts to your always changing physical and mental needs.

I am not only losing weight and repairing my misunderstanding of fitness and nutrition as I knew it, but my mental health has improved so much over the past 4 months I genuinely can't thank him enough.

You are so much more than a coach and I thank you for changing my life.

Chris has been a life saver

Training with Chris has been an absolute life saver for me. I had lost all motivation to train and really didn't know where to start. Working with Chris gave me the bug to train again and enjoy it. His training is catered to your individual needs. Also he is very knowledgeable when it comes to nutrition and what is good to eat.
I am very happy with him.

Top class trainer and all round great guy

I've been working with Chris for a few years now. He is very knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition, very friendly and sessions with him are always fun and full of laughter. Hi have had a great experience working…

Hi have had a great experience working with Chris. The workouts are very challenging(but still fun), pushing your body and mindset to the limit, but they get great results. Chris has helped me with a detailed workout and nutrition plan, and within only a few weeks i began to see results, and gradually my body has changed. Going forward I am certain we will achieve the desired results in good time.

Great workouts and fun too

Chris is passionate about health and fitness, whatever your stage of life. I am both stronger and fitter since I started working out with him. He knows his stuff and his sessions are fun. I highly recommend him.

Super friendly and knowledgeable

Chris provided a great coaching experience during our sessions. His classes were instructive, fun, and challenging. He was super attentive to the way I preferred to be trained and made sure I left our sessions feeling great. I highly recommend his coaching, especially for women wanting to be stronger and/or to learn self defence.

Chris makes training fun while driving u to achieve ur targets in the process.
Very down to earth and full of energy.
Highly recommend Marshfit to anyone who wants to get in shape while also belonging to a family of warriors!

Chris is an excellent trainers whose knowledge ranges far from mma and combat sports to strength and conditioning as well as fat loss , body building and functional training. I would recommend Chris to anyone no matter your fitness ability.

Want me to be really honest…

Want me to be really honest…

Not only have a found a great trainer, I’ve also found a big bro which I can happily call family.

Pros:
- A scientific breakdown on how to achieve my own personal goals.
- A tailored training program designed for me at a great price.
- Documented proof of how his training has helped others.
- Gym round the corner from my house (obviously personally perfect for me)

Cons:


I am not a person that writes reviews even if something is perfect and worth reviewing (lazy) but I had to write one for Chris! His profile needs to get out there as his training actually helped me!

Highly recommended!

Chris is a great trainer - motivational, positive and makes you feel like you can do anything. Would recommend to anyone looking to get fit, become a more precise fighter and have fun doing it!

Amazing PT! Would thoroughly recommend Chris!

Chris is one of the best personal trainers we have come across. He trained me and my wife across several months.

He is extremely energising and friendly and tailors his work outs to suit us. He made adjustments each week and we were able to see results targeted to what we wanted to achieve.

Aside from a great and knowledgable trainer, Chris is just genuinely a nice guy. I would highly recommend him for anyone who wants to get fit in a supportive environment.

Great sport-specific strength training

Working with Chris has been transformational. I play hockey and prior to the training sessions I was constantly struggling with injury. Chris tailored the sessions to mix sports specific training in with regular strength training, as a consequence of which I have been largely injury free and able to play twice a week.

The meaning of a great personal trainer

Well crafted sessions, catering to my physical needs and expectations. Through consultation, he understood my personal goals, wants and needs and guided me to success.
Dietary guidance was also provided which again, helped for physical gains as well as overall health.

Understanding how mental health can affect a person physically, at the height of a mental break, Chris was able to create an environment where I felt comfortable talking about my issues, which in turn, helped for very good training sessions.
