Hard work
I have found this company impossible to get any meaningful information from about spare parts for kayaks that were originally supplied by them. Craig, the owner, continually fobs you off and gives you misleading information. It’s a shame this dealership has gone down hill. I shan’t be favouring them with my custom again. Although this kayak is quite old, it is still a current model and another dealer has placed the order and will supply once they are back in stock, I was not offered this opportunity by Marsport. I did buy 4 of this model and had 2 previous marathon kayaks from Marsport, so I’m disappointed with this service.

Sorry we couldn't solve your problem: The fittings you require are not available due to the age of your boats. The closest replacements are currently out of stock in the UK as explained.
We continued to try and track some down, but when there are none in the UK this proved difficult.
Stock arrives back in the UK late November.
You were told this at the time, and you were aware we were trying to persuade the manufacturer to release stock held for production boats.
Again - sorry we couldn't supply what was unavailable.
