I bought a Mixed Metal Triple Scalloped Spinning Ring. Managed to order the wrong size and customer services made it very easy to return for a smaller size. The replacement arrived quickly. Royal Mail delivered the first bracelet elsewhere, no idea where - Martha Jackson staff member Adam quickly despatched a replacement which arrived next day. The proof of a good company, is their ability to overcome and resolve a problem.

Gorgeous necklace. Customer service above and beyond. Bought a letter ‘a’ necklace for my daughter’s friend’s 18th birthday to replace one she’d lost last year. It was lovely, and beautifully packaged. Typically the friend found the lost one the day before her birthday! I asked Martha Jackson if I could exchange the ‘a’ for a different letter so I could give it to my friends daughter instead and they sorted it all out for me, which they didn’t have to do at all. I will definitely order from them again. Very many thanks indeed.

I ordered a bracelet for my husband without having measured his wrist and it was subsequently too small (despite being lovely). When I phoned to explain my difficulty Adam could not have been more helpful. My husband now has his new sized bracelet and it is truly lovely. Thank you so much.

Bought several Christmas presents and have a lot of happy friends and family.
Lovely pieces of jewellery, arrived in a nice presentation box really quickly.

Very poor quality and bad design hoop earrings. Doubt they are sterling silver, very thin and trashy looking. The piece that goes through your ear is so thin I expect it to break after a couple of wears. The pieces that thread on the hoop simply drop off when you put in your ear - there is no end stoppers. Already I’ve lost pieces off them when trying to wear for first time. Looks like parts are just assembled.

What a brilliant find , this site is amazing gorgeous well made reasonably priced jewellery, lovely packaging to. The customer service is 10 out of 10 , just fab!!. 👌☃️.

Terrible customer service. I purchased a necklace which was terribly poor quality. No returns info and no reply from company when I contacted them . AVOID

Update..I did receive a refund however the jewellery review remains the same

Purchased a pair of earrings and the wire broke after only one wear. I took it to a jeweller for repair - turns out the earring was PLATED silver, and he had to get it re-plated. Supposed to be sterling silver. I since found out from the repair jeweller that it is sterling silver covered with plated silver - to make it shiny apparently. I still feel the earring should not have broken after one wear.

Terrible service, Ordered, received email when it was arriving, Didn't arrive,I emailed them they said they could see it and the courier would deliver next day, It didn't arrive, I am beginning to wonder if it ever will, (It was supposed to have been a Birthday gift) one more day and a refund will be requested through my paypal. And will never order again from Martha Jackson jewellery. (update not arrived today either
I Spoke to customer services they said when it arrives I can send it back, I said if it ever does arrive? refund will be asked for.)
And what could you resolve "now" ?
I have submitted my order number to you, To me this is just lip service to show other people that you do read there reviews, but do absolutely nothing about your shoddy delivery service I do wish Martha jackson all the best in the future providing they use a good courier service, but alas I will not be using again, It was as I say a Birthday gift, Which was both embarrassing and disappointing on my part, And would have been for anyone.

Bought a 20" silver curb chain from this company and it has just arrived. The delivery was quick and the item is stunning. The gift box is also lovely. Would definitely recommend
