Absolute embarrassment of a company never do anything. They tell you quite easily take your money off you but when you’re leaving, they don’t want to meet you to drop the keys off. They expect you to turn up three or four times for them to not turn up and then they tell you if you don’t drop the keys off at the office they will charge you every day until you’ve got the keys off. Absolute joke of a company outsource their course to South Africa. Absolute pathetic.

Recently had to deal with this agent to view a property. Viewed and wanted to make offer immediately. Gave offer and was promised response same day. This didn’t happen had to email out of hours to get response. Phoned again as no response. Was finally told offer rejected. Increased offer and again waited all day. Agent said they had contacted seller 3 times by email and phone but no response. It was only my persistence that gained my purchase. Por communication with staff from the receptionist who takes calls and manner a little awkward. Would benefit from some extra training. Services needs to be more streamlined and I would not like to deal with this agent in future.

Absolutely awful company, arranged to meet a agent at a property i was interested in, she failed to turn up .
Rang to ask what's going on got palmed off in 5 phone calls each time I was told they would contact me .
Still waiting after 4 days and fined out through Internet that the property is now gone.
Not leaving this alone as had time off work and travelled over 70 mile for this.

After being told a time to meet at the property for sale, they did not turn up, they got the time wrong even though i have an email with the time. They also told the tenant in the property a different time! We put in an offer on the property, week later nothing. Prompted them, and still nothing. Really really poor customer service.

Hi, I applied for a 3 bed house with the help of my landlady as she had my references and paid towards my bond as i had been with them for years.
Faye is the person i phone or email if i have any problems. I have been living here for 6 months and when she came to do the inspection i had great news off her and the landlord as the landlord was happy to keep my family here and our next inspection is in another 6 months.
I have read these reviews and comments but i can honestly say i have not had any problems and having teenage sons (which thank god to me are a credit) we have a home which is reasonable priced as everything in life is so expensive. We have a nice home and for us life is getting better and my 18 year old son has recently been accepted into the royal marines and my 16 year old son soon hopes to be accepted for an apprentice.
Life is getting better for my family as we feel safe and secure and now we are making our house into the home that we want.
All i can say is i have not had any problems. We did have a problem with our boiler when we first moved in as it was old and 2 days later the landlord had put a brand new boiler in.
I can honestly say i have not a bad word to say against them. so thank you Faye from MARTIN AND CO for giving us a home.

I’d give -0 stars if that was an option. You can’t even call this an estate agents. Not a single person with a brain cell, let alone any customer service or knowledge of landlord/tenant rights. Absolutely shocking service since the beginning of having the displeasure of dealing with them. Avoid at all costs.

I used Martin&Co for a recent move, Faye was great throughout, Super polite and professional and walked me through the entire process of moving into the property, i would give her more stars if i could.

Moved into this property with my partner to find it was a complete and utter state. When I viewed the property over 1 month prior to moving in, they said that they would clean the black mould from the bathroom which was fine. What a shock when we moved in to find the black mould was still there and the entire flat was a mess and hadn't been cleaned at all. My partner had to take 2 days off work because of stress and physical exhaustion from all the cleaning.
There was no sense of urgency from their side when we called to stress how bad the flat was. They've still not resolved the issue and we have been in the flat for almost 1 week now. We continuously have to wear a face mask when we use the bathroom. It just makes me wonder how they can run a business like this and don't seem care at all. The bottom line is that the flat should have been cleaned and checked over before they handed over the keys, it's not rocket science.

Genuinely terrible, tried charging me for damages that were there when I moved in, and when I called the property manager one evening to inform him the the burglar alarm of one of the other flats was loudly going off, he sighed at me as though I was causing him some sort of terrible inconvenience.

Not impressed. I arranged a rental viewing in Lytham and travelled 250 miles only to find that the contact, john apparently, did not turn up. Several other folk were standing around from earlier missed appointments. No phone call or apology. I guess its a renters market at the moment so they don't have to care too much

We have leased off of the company for a number of years now, if we have an issue it is resolved quickly and professionally.

Hey give these guys some credit...I’ve recently moved down from the midlands...I contacted Martin. Co they worked with me found the flat I wanted which was on there portfolio from start to finish they were very professional..on move date I went to there offices was made very welcome,,oz the letting manager came to the flat with me he made sure the flat was cleaned to very high standards...absolutely fantastic bunch people highly recommend this company....Raymond Lytham st Ann

gave them multiple properties to look after, didn't do any inspections, charged me for works which were never completed and took rents and then claimed tenants had never paid, eventually came to light and spent a year sorting things out.

DO NOT USE.
