Absolutely pathetic

This is in regards to the Cambridge Branch.

Giving 1 star because I am not able to give 0.

Our experience with this company in particular with Jade and her manager Matthew was absolutely disgusting, disrespectful, unlawful, ridiculous, I could carry on forever.

They did not protect our deposit which is a breach of statutory law, nonetheless they still had the audacity to request us to vacate the property, once again breach of statutory law.

They then decided to protect our deposit (3 months after they should have), however they only did this after requesting us to vacate the property, yet again breach of statutory law.

When advised of these we were completely and utterly ignored by both Jade and her manager Matthew.

We were always met with disrespect and rudness to top it up.

Furthermore when we put foward a formal complaint we had no reply from Matthew whatsoever.

My advice, stay as far away from them as possible.
