Superb letting agent
Martin & Co Crawley are by far the best letting agent in the area. Have used them for more years than I can remember and have no hesitation in recommending them. If you have a concern or problem they go that extra mile to work with you to ensure your mind is put at rest and whatever it was is sorted out. The pandemic was hard for everyone including the staff but they did not 'shut shop' and kept going. Nothing was too much trouble. Use them. You will not be disappointed.

Definitely rent through them!
I've rented a property through Martin and Co for almost 2 years and have always found the team extremely helpful.
On our initial viewing of our property, Angela met us and was extremely friendly and helpful with information about the property and surrounding area.
I had some issues with referencing but Angela helped us through the entire process and secured the property.
During the pandemic last March we had a leak in our bathroom and the team were very quick to ensure the leak is fixed.
Recently we have had to make changes to our contract and Angela as well as David have been incredibly supportive to ensure I can stay in my home.
I would recommend Martin and Co for their outstanding customer service.

Just moved to one of their property…
Just moved to one of their property recently and although everyone is really nice, the person in charge of maintenance is no help at all.
I have had a broken fence since I moved in and I still have to chase them up to get it fixed.
I used to rent with Swan Property and everytime there was a maintenance issue they were on it straight away constantly providing updates on the work too.
Very disappointing as I now have a full year contract with them..

I asked for a viewing with an.angela of crawley today after 30 m waiting I rang a a#!hole (English) oh he was so proud of it man in the office..he was rude, uneducated a criminal didnt care about my time I said in the states this is unacceptable he said hes ENGLISH AND THIS IS How YOU DO IT HERE... good luck and oh im not done reviewing...
