Martin & Co Dover Reviews 

We rented a home through Martin and Co for 2 years and had a great experience. We only had a few issues and they were all solved very timely and the tenancy manager we dealt (Jessica) with was always extremely helpful and quick to respond. Would happily use them again in the future.

Really poor company,
Below standards customer service.
Some professional members of the team however most of them are rude and condescending.
Help very little with issues that are raised.

Peter was very polite and friendly, and showed us a house that hadn't even been listed yet, and we ended up buying it. We had a few hiccups along the way, but Martin & Co were very helpful at every stage, chasing up solicitors and the like when we needed it.

Not a bad company for landlords or tenants, being fair to both sides. Some of the communication is a bit hit and miss between the agents and departments. With some just lacking the skills to do a really professional job, but all staff are friendly and well mannered. The new online access for rent receipts and maintenance issues is improving the managing of properties for landlords.
I would use them again as they are well above the likes of Your move, both for tenants and landlords. I've seen both sides.

Had a brilliant experience with Martin & Co, Dover. My partner and I found a flat we liked the look of, made an appointment to view and met with a very polite and helpful Peter. The completion of all the paperwork to secure and agree the tenancy for the flat was handled by Matt- polite, helpful and very efficient. Have no quibbles about Martin & Co, Dover- would highly recommend!
