Dave and Jess at Martin and co have been excellent, they sold our house in a week. Our buyers then turned out to be time wasters and they found us new buyers in 8 days! Their communication is always quick and responsive. They really have worked their socks off and we are very grateful to have chosen such brilliant estate agents who have helped us achieve the sale we wanted!!

Shocking Communication
Left a rented property in Folkestone on the 27/5/24 and by the 11/6/24 not a note or email or a hint of when my deposit will return. I called last Friday, All day, eventually a gent called M, sent my wife a message to say the landlady had queries. Had to press for some help.
Today Still no word. QUESTION:
How long should one wait to get final paperwork from letting agent ? I find it disgusting? Is this normal? No follow up
