Useless

Useless. Agent is super super slow and you have to do their job and stay on top of them to get a deal over the line. You won’t get regular updates, and when you do it will be because you chased them. From the moment the memorandum of sale was produced, they just failed on all fronts.
Their client then pulled out after 5 months of mincing about and I got a one line email saying they pulled out. If your a seller and you want to actually sell your property, go somewhere else.
