Stay the hell away from them!
Stay the hell away from them! As tenant I've been ignored for months about a silverfish infestation in the flat we're renting. The silverfish have caused over £500 in damages to my clothes in that time and ive spent over £100 on chemicals to kill them. It took court threats for anyone to bother coming by to see the flat. This agency is a joke and i hope this review deters you from doing any business with them. I really regret choosing this flat purely because of how poorly my partner and I have been treated

Don't bother with them. Look elsewhere
I called several times to view a property as I was being made homeless due to the sale of the rented accommodation I was in. They told me they would get back to me every time I called but instead did not bother and the property went to someone else. It was the only property available and I was left homeless with a 3 year old for a short period of time as a result. Absolutely disgusting customer service.

I have worked with Martin & Co New Milton for a few years when they managed the rental of my mother's flat when she moved to a care home. More recently, they have managed the sale of the property.
