Martin and co have recently sold a property that I own. The whole procedure from start to finish was excellent. The communication between the company and ourselves was excellent and they kept us fully appriased every step of the way. It really felt like good old fashioned customer service. They handled everything seamlessly from valuation viewings communication with the buyers solicitors and ourselves. It made a potential stressful task stress free. I am looking to buy another house to renovate shortly and will definitely be contacting Martin and co to sell it for me when it's complete.

It's been a long process selling my property but we finally got there. Everyone at Martin &Co were very helpful and always kept me updated and responded to my enquiries.
I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

I would like to take this time to say a big fat thank you, to Martin & co. When we first meet Chris, my father said what a lovely gentleman, he took a look around our family home. Now this might not mean a lot to some people but this house was where we as a family had lots of memories, I guess memories we have to leave behind as you grow in time. Martin & co have this understanding about this, we where never short of viewers, the video they did and pictures where amazing.

So what I guess I am saying this company went out of there way in leaps and bounds. They even got in touch with the other solicitors to find out why we weren’t moving very fast, nothing is to much for this company.

So if you want an estates agency I would give definitely recommend Martin & co Newcastle under Lyme, give them a call what harm can it do.
Before I go the price isn’t bad either and they are on your side.

Chris came to do our valuation and as a first time seller he explained the process very clearly for me with no jargon. He was also very Covid secure compared to other valuations I had.

I liked that I could call them and any member of staff were able to help or update me. The team also helped us deal with the solicitors too to push the completion forward. Lovely team and I felt they were always happy and honest with me. I would highly recommend their service. Many thanks to Chris, Jo and Jane :)

After my sale I would definitely recommend going with a local estate agent and solicitors, and not online ones. The house I bought the sellers used online estate agent and solicitors which slowed the process down.

Just bought a house and the service was great, they answered all my questions, they answer my emails really quick and any questions I had about the property they searched for the answer if they didn’t know it, very friendly and helpful, on completion date they called me to pick up they key immediately after I got the email that everything was completed, very prompt.
