Avoid this estate agents! I wish I could leave a zero stars rating, they absolutely do not deserve 1 star.They take holding deposits for properties, send you an email to confirm you have been accepted to rent - and then offer the property to other people and they lie about it (funny how the property hasn't been readverised though 🤔) They gaslight, they make false guarantees, they avoid phone calls and as if that isn't enough, just to add further insult to injury, they avoid returning the holding deposit. There are real people behind these proposed lettings, and there are 2 children who were excited for their new home and have been left heartbroken by the underhanded tactics of this awful company. Absolutely disgusting. Report is being submitted to the Ombudsman and I sincerely hope they get their comeuppance. For the sake of transparency, I am not the person involved, this happened to a very close family member. Read the reviews here and on Google and Trust Pilot , they speak volumes. Avoid!!

Possibly the worst estate agent out there ! Poor customer service , rude staff , and probably not even a legitimate business !

They manage a property for me. They overcharge and charge without discussion. They do not return phone calls. Very poor.

Avoid this branch! Extremely poor service, I've called 3 times in the last 3 weeks leaving my details to say I'm happy to offer on a property. As a BTL investor ready to go with no chain I thought I would at least of had a call back.

After just calling up again for the 4th time now i'm told sorry the house is sold and they never had my details!!

I've dealt with a lot of agents over the years, this has to be the poorest i've experienced in my 20 years of buying.

Thus far I have been pleased with how quick and easy the process has been..

The agency is efficient and fair, the system the use to check references is quick and easy the work fast and keep you update about everything.
