Worst bathroom refurb ever
Worst bathroom refurb ever. They even accused the tenant of sabotaging the work! I left them as fast as possible and over 2 years later I am still dealing with ongoing problems with the awful, highly unprofessional bathroom job they did. They also insisted I pay up front for the work, literally leaving me no other option than to 'trust their word that they would do a perfect job'. I followed protocol re complaints procedure at which point it became clear there was no neutrality on the matter. I even spoke to the ombudsman only to find out they have a max £500 reimbursement IF I made a successful claim, which was not worth trying for as I was over £4000 out of pocket! I'm a lot more out of pocket now, still trying to repair their mess. The whole process was horrendously stressful. I can provide unequivocal evidence.
