As a new landlord and having moved from a previous small badly managed letting agent I was delighted when I set a contract with Martin & Co and Sally and Sue were very good at helping me with guidance with what to do.
Unfortunately the tenant I have now got does not pay the rent and although this is meant to be a managed property there seems to be little management as long as the agent get their fee. They have as yet still not after 8 months of waiting for rent arrears to be cleared got the tenant to clear the arrears and only notified me there was an issue 2 months later, when you ring to speak to someone there is no answerphone and cannot leave a message. After a positive start very disappointed, any landlords out there who know of a better agent please advise.

Sally has been incredibly helpful and patient with our move and first weeks in the new apartment. Thanks for everything!

I have recently rented a property which was marketed through Martin & Co. After trying to book viewings through various agents, Sue at Martin & Co stood out from the crowd. Sue and her team were friendly, helpful and professional throughout the whole process.

Martin & Co have been consistantly very good at gaining and managing our tenants.
