Martin & Co have been fabulous from start to finish. Shehzad was the main person I dealt with, he was great, really quick to respond & always eager to help. Really quick & smooth process; fab for hints & tips & pointing in the right direction.

We recently completed the sale of one of our apartments. It took about 2 months from start to finish which is amazing since it is a leasehold property. Dario at Martin & Co was absolutely brilliant, keeping us fully updated throughout. He was easily contactable via email or phone if we had a query.
I would not hesitate to use Martin & Co again for future sales and highly recommended them.

I would like to say that Martin & Co in Saltaire are amazing and professional business.
Carol Stubbs (Letting Manager) has been so helpful and truly helped my family. Looking for somewhere to rent is not easy and Carol has supported us greatly. Looking for a house has reduced me to tears on many occasions but Carol picked me up and kept me going to find the right place. I am forever grateful for her services.
The team in general are wonderful, Jodi, and both Hannahs! Sorry for those I have not conversed with but I am sure you are all amazing too!

MartinCo Saltaire recently sold a house for us in Bingley, West Yorkshire. Dario, Shaz and Adam from their office were very knowledgeable and helpful for deciding a realistic selling price and the whole process went very smoothly and quickly, from initial viewing to completion. MartinCo fees were also significantly lower than other estate agents in the area. I would certainly recommend them to anyone selling a property in the area.

We rented a home from Martin& Co in Saltaire, Bradford for about 18 months. Angela Nicholson was our lettings coordinator, and she was wonderful.Every 6 monthly check was done on time, smoke alarms and carbon monoxide alarms were checked by
very friendly, professional people, and the yearly gas servicing also was spot on. We have rented before from private landlord, but I would honestly say that Martin&Co far outclass the others. I would recommend Martin&Co anytime for anyone looking to rent a home.

Excellent customer service all areas. Thank you to all the staff for their help over the last 10 years as my letting agents. A special mention to Jess Tillotson for always resolving any maintenance issues quickly at the best price. Dario in Sales for his excellent knowledge and help to find a buyer. If your a Landlord like me your accounts have to be kept in order. I do my own books for the LTD company i run. However its great to have Caroline in the accounts dept in Saltaire, for when i need a copy of something and general advice re the paper work side of the business. Shes very efficient and anything i ask of her is no problem. Stephen O&J Homes

They charged me £185 for cleaning even though I left the property cleaner than I received it. I also had an arrangement with them to allow me to terminate my contract early as an elderly lady friend of mine was desperate to move in. I gave them a date that I would be out in order to quickly accommodate my friends needs and yet they took 2 weeks to hand over to the new Tennant and also charged me rent for the 2 weeks it was empty.

I have been working with Martin @ Co for several years now and I have always been impressed by their professionalism and integrity.
My point of contact for most of that time has been Caroline Dyson who has always been outstanding. To have such efficient and human communication in business these days is a rare thing.

I have been a Landlord with Martin & Co Saltaire from its formation 15 years ago. The managers and staff are always efficient and helpful. Currently Jess Tillotson is looking after my property, she is very efficient and helpful and trying to do her best for me as well as the tenant.

I have just arranged a viewing with an absolutely lovely lady called Carol Stubbs .
She not only made me feel at ease ,I felt I was talking to a friend .
Trying to find property especially at the moment is extremely difficult and I felt deflated after weeks of ignored emails etc only to find this lovely human being who promptly called me on the phone and chatted person to person with me regarding my needs etc.
What a pleasure that was so thankyou so much regardless of the outcome .
