Best estate agent I have ever used. Nothing is to much trouble. They did a fair valuation and they got my property sold in a reasonable time scale. The aftercare is amazing too. Highly recommend.

As a buyer I found Martin & Co Sunderland great to work with, there are so many parties involved in a single transaction and Tracey kept nudging everyone along.

The purchase process was successfully managed by Sara and Tracey. We were kept informed through the whole process. With regularly chasing the vendor when we encountered delays to ensure it went as speedily as possible.

I dealt with the lovely Sara who did absolutely everything and more to help my situation with a tricky sale on my part. I have dealt with both the lettings and sales departments at Martin & Co. I was very happy with the sales side and found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. I would recommend them highly. However, I would not recommend the lettings department as I found their invoices to be confusing, money was kept back on occasion and I had to call them for an explanation. Calls were often not returned and it took me weeks to get some money back that I was owed. They seemed to be more interested in keeping the tenant happy rather than the customer who was paying them.

My partner and I have recently purchased a property through Martin and co.

I found their service excellent although due to outside factors our purchase was delayed.

Throughout the process Sara and Kelly were fantastic, they always had time to listen to concerns and be proactive with the purchase.

I believe without the staff at Martin and co our purchase would have collapsed.
